Dubai Autodrome Hosts ATCUAE Police Training

Dubai, UAE, 22 March 2018:  Dubai Autodrome welcomed the first class of UAE Police instructors from all seven UAE Police departments on Wednesday (21 March) as part of a vehicle safety series hosted by the Automobile and Touring Club of the United Arab Emirates (ATCUAE).

The new programme, “Train the Trainer”, aims to provide UAE Police instructors with classroom and practical training in a variety of vehicle and road safety subjects.  The initial course covered safety requirements for modified vehicles.

Dubai Autodrome General Manager Faisal Al Sahlawi welcomed representatives of the UAE Police force to the venue prior to officials from the ATCUAE instructing the course.

On the new initiative Al Sahlawi remarked, “This is just another example of how Dubai Autodrome Circuit is providing a platform to help improve road and safety standards in the region. Our close partnership with the ATCUAE is testament to which direction Dubai Autodome is heading towards.”
