Dragon Racing Official Tyre Supplier NGK UAE TCC

Dubai, UAE, 30 September 2018: As official tyre supplier for the race series, Dragon Racing International joined the growing list of partners to support the debut season of the NGK UAE Touring Car Championship (NGK UAE TCC) organized by Dubai Autodrome.

Dragon Racing will supply and fit Hankook Racing Tyres for all NGK UAE TCC competitors throughout the championship season.

After seven successful seasons as the NGK Racing Series, which featured Touring Cars, Radicals and GTs, the Touring Car segment grew significantly to support an entire series on its own.  No stranger to the series, Dragon Racing fielded two championship winning cars last season and now stand poised to enter the new NGK UAE Touring Car Championship on the different level.

Dubai Autodrome General Manager Faisal Al Sahlawi said, “Dragon Racing has an enduring and successful legacy with the previous NGK Racing Series, so we know already that Dragon Racing is a great choice for the newly expanded Touring Car segment.”

Dragon Racing established their headquarters at Dubai Autodrome in September 2017 and then expanded into the new Motorsport Business Park, which opened at the beginning of this year.  With years of motorsport experience, the company is involved in every aspect of racing, including coaching, race licensing, marketing, supply and preparing vehicles.

Dragon Racing International Chairman Leon Price said, “Both Hankook Tyres and Dragon Racing have distinguished histories at Dubai Autodrome.  We are proud to work together as the official tyre suppliers for the new NGK UAE Touring Car Championship.”
