Dubai, UAE, 6 March 2020: The titanic trio of Mahmoud Tannir (#10), Saska Totaro (#5) and Ahmed Al Muyini (#47) battled one last time in the final round of National Sportsbike Super Series at Dubai Autodrome on Friday, with Tannir and Totaro both claiming overall victories.
Multiple Sportsbike champion Mahmoud Tannir and his Honda CBR topped qualifying with best lap time of 1:32.253 on the 3.56-kilometre National Circuit and then went on to win Race One by just four hundredths of a second over Ahmed Al Muyini on a Yamaha R6.
The Lebanese rider slipped to third in the second race, overhauled by both Totaro and Al Muyini. Ducati rider Saska Totaro took the chequered flag by 1.059 seconds over Ahmed Al Muyini.
Championship leaders rolled on in the last round, with Tannir wrapping up 600cc Supersport wins, Al Muyini grabbing a pair of 600cc Superstock class victories and Totaro topping the Ducati Pro-Twins category on a 959 Panigale.
