The Dubai Kartdrome operates an INDOOR and OUTDOOR circuit with a fleet of leisure karts that deliver an excellent racing experience, while ensuring high safety, in a range of specifications to satisfy those aged 7 and up.   Manufactured by SodiKart, the karts offer a comfortable driving position, top level performance and handling.  Karts are powered by Honda engines which ensure equal acceleration, guaranteeing that all clients have the most competitive karts available.

All karts are linked to state-of-the-art SMS Timing Software which provides drivers with precise lap times and live-timing on track-side screens.

The Dubai Kartdrome provide suits, helmets, balaclavas and gloves as part of this rental experience to ensure you are fully immersed in the racing experience with a high level of safety.

Outdoor Track

The 1.2km International Circuit at the Dubai Kartdrome features 17 corners to test a driver’s skills, as well as a tunnel and bridge to add to the excitement. This challenging configuration affords maximum safety to all drivers and spectators and is equipped with a complete set of flood lights to offer perfect viewing for night time racing.

The state-of-the-art facility hosts Arrive & Drive sessions daily in between kart owners sessions and corporate events.

  • Outdoor circuit requirements
    • Minimum age is 13 years old (ID required)
    • Driver Height: Minimum height of 1.57m to drive the Sodi RX7/8 karts
    • Maximum weight is 135kgs
    • Race overalls and full race helmet must be worn at all times
    • Clear helmet visors only to be worn after sunset
    • Closed-toe shoes must be worn; no sandals allowed (drivers are responsible for their own footwear)
    • Sign the disclaimer (drivers below 18 years of age require a parental/legal guardian to sign them in)
    • Sodi-RX7/8 – Honda 390cc (13.5 bhp)
    • AED 10 Annual Registration Fee required
    • Single-session price: AED 130 per 15 minutes timed session
    • Multi-session prices: 2 sessions for AED 240, 3 sessions for AED 340 (to be used on the same day)
    • Additional discounts will apply for MotorCity card holders
    • ID age verification MANDATORY before purchase
    • Drivers 18 years old or younger require parent or guardian to be present onsite to sign disclaimer

Indoor Track

Housed in the massive facility adjacent to the Outdoor Circuit, the Indoor Circuit is approximately 620 meters long and can accommodate up to ten drivers on track at any one time. The Indoor Circuit is geared toward younger drivers who want to combine some of the other activities on offer at the venue such the Laserdrome, Playstation Alley, RaceRoom Sim Racing and billiards.  A selection of food and beverages are available, provided by Zoom.  The Indoor Circuit also hosts kids parties, private tuition and karting camps.

  • Indoor circuit requirements

    – The minimum age is 7 years (ID Required)
    – Driver height: Minimum height of 1.25m to drive the Junior Sodi LR4 karts
    – Race overalls and a full face helmet fitted with a clear visor must be worn at all times
    – Closed-toe shoes must be worn; no sandals allowed (Drivers are responsible for their own footwear)
    – Sign the disclaimer (Drivers below 18 years of age require a Parent/Legal Guardian to sign them in)

  • • Sodi-LR4 – Honda 120cc (4.5 bhp) Price: AED 100 per 15 minutes timed session
    • Sodi-RX7 – Honda 270cc (9 bhp) Price: AED 100 per 15 minutes timed session
    • AED 10 Annual Registration Fee required
    • Multi Session Price: 2 sessions for AED 190, 3 sessions for AED 270 (to be used on the same day)
